Track an order
Your confirmation email has a link straight to your order. If you no longer have it, your account has the same thing.

That opens shopify.com — Shopify runs accounts and order tracking for us, so the address is theirs rather than ours. It is the right place.
Ask a person
Wrong item, damaged in the post, or something the tracking page does not explain. Email us and a person reads it.
It helps to include your order number, which is in your confirmation email.
